Greetings Flyers!

For some, the weekend has come to an end, but for others it continues on!  Either way, we have had a few beautiful days for running!

A good-size group of Flyers met for the regular run on Saturday morning in Ichon-dong.  With new arrivals and those we haven't seen in awhile it was a great morning to get together for a run, coffee, and talk.

Saturday May 21, is the next Seoul Flyers Social.  These events are always a great time, and a chance to show everyone that you do a) own normal clothing and b) are not always sweaty.  Please post what you would like to bring on the Facebook event page and come on out for an afternoon of fun!

The Seoul Flyers Beach Trip is July 2-3, and sign-ups are happening now!  The registration deadline has been extended.  Please register and pay by May 15th at 6pm to join in the fun!  Details are available on the Facebook event page (see below).  This is sure to be a weekend of running and fun at the beach- hurry up and sign up before it's too late!

Please note that the Facebook group page has been moved to the "new format".  We are working to figure everything out on this new page, and for now, the events page is missing.

Tuesday May 10, 6pm

Join us this Tuesday at 6pm for a track workout.  If you're looking to increase your speed, this is the way!  Join us at Hangang Middle School (about halfway between Banpo Bridge and Noksapyeong Station).  Check out the map

If you are an official member but have not received a Seoul Flyers shirt yet, come out before or after our Saturday runs to pick up your shirt.  If you can't make it on Saturday mornings, please contact Sun to arrange pickup in the Ichon or Jamsil areas (suntbae@hotmail.com 010-4589-0825).

Races in May are filling up!  If you'd like to participate in upcoming races, be sure to sign up soon.  Please remember to wire money to the race account posted on the event pages and then email sfraces@gmail.com.  It is much easier to keep track of all entries when they are received by email, and not posted on the Facebook event pages.
